Military Circle Mall – Norfolk, Virginia

Military Circle Mall, located at 880 N. Military Highway, was a shopping mall built in 1970 and will close January, 2023. The mall, hotel, theater, and most of the anchor stores are owned by the City of Norfolk in preparation for redevelopment of the site as Wellness Circle; a lifestyle center backed by Pharrell Williams (a Virginia Beach native).

These photos were taken in early January, but all of the Christmas decorations were still hanging and illuminated. I’ll bet they will just hang there until demolition starts.
