Military Circle Mall is a mall in Norfolk, Virginia at the corner of Military Highway and Virginia Beach Boulevard. Most people would say it is a "dead mall", which it mostly is, but I don’t know if I would classify it as one. Most of the storefronts appear to be full, but a lot of them are non-chain stores.
