This store was built as part of a 200 million dollar redevelopment in 2008. Take a look at the geotag, Grundy is literally the definition of "middle of nowhere" yet they have this MASSIVE Walmart store! Granted, the store only officially is housed on the third floor (the first and second floor are parking) and is pretty nondescript, though don’t forget that this store is still massive. How many tiny communities like Grundy can say that they have a huge Walmart with escalators and everything? This was a super fun trip to make to see such an amazing store.
