This is The Offices at NetCenter (formerly Newmarket North Mall/Newmarket Fair Mall) at 5200 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA.

Malls closing and being redevloped is nothing new, but Newmarket took it a step further with the entire mall being reused as an office building! Windows were made, escalators were (presumably) walled off, and boom.

Miller & Rhoads became a Verizon call center (although they recently vacated the space), Leggett became a Huntington Ingalls office building, and Sears became a GOStoreIt storage facility. Smaller offices take up the individual storefronts inside the mall (some offices even use the originial mall storefronts).

The only original tenant is Piccadilly Cafeteria, which is currently the only location in Virginia.
