This is a building I was expecting to sit until the end of time, I can’t imagine the land is of high value and judging by the condition of the building I doubt the property management company cares all that much about it (enough to pay for demolition at least). Fortunately I was driving down Warwick Blvd so I could stop and get some pictures even though I didn’t have my good camera. While I was getting these pictures, that strong 70’s building smell hit me (a smell I don’t dislike). Sad to see it go but a large abandoned building is never good for anything!
