JCPenney – Regency Square Mall

This is a very odd – JCPenney is emptying out the first floor of this store and is planning to lease it out to someone else. The day that I was here, it was almost trying to be business as usual. The escalators were all walled off on the second floor (my guess is they’re keeping them) and the only access to the first floor was by the elevator. Most of the floor was empty, except for a few patches of merchandise and there was nobody else down there.
