Howard Johnson’s Williamsburg Demolition

Finally, this decaying property right off Route 60 in Williamsburg is being demolished! This motel opened as a Howard Johnson’s Motor Lodge with a HoJo’s restaurant (which gave its life for the Cook Out a few years back). The Gatehouse stayed pretty much intact with the exception of a few modifications and a darker roof color.

Williamsburg Travel Inn was the last name this hotel had before it closed. Seeing the state of the rooms, this was probably a dump.
