This is the former Washington Mall in Washington, Pennsylvania.

The mall opened in 1968 and closed in 1999. The only stores currently operating out of the mall are Grand China Buffet and Harbor Freight Tools. There are no plans to redevelop the mall, however, and it continues to sit and decay (however, it does still have power, as noted by the illuminated exit sign inside the mall).

Not photographed is a 9/11 memorial in the back of the parking lot and visible from Oak Spring Road with an American flag that’s still flying. What’s also interesting is how the lot in front of JCPenney was resurfaced.
