Belk – Elizabeth City, NC

This Belk store was built in 1969 as one of three prototype stores testing the mall format and at one point, this was part of the Southgate Mall (which is now a strip mall).
I absolutely love the architecture of this building, specifically the entrances. Unfortunately this store was temporarily closed due to the pandemic so I couldn’t see the inside. Next time though!
