This is 3600 West Broad Apartments at 3600 W Broad St, Richmond, VA. This building opened in 1958 as the headquarters for Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company.

In 2011, it was renovated into apartments and reopened in 2013, keeping a notable amount of original architecture characteristics. Unfortunately the original elevators were modernized and the escalators removed (or hidden), but the rest of the building is gorgeous.
